Traffic Coordinator – Part-time Hourly Position (Nyköping)

We (Taxi Nyköping–Oxelösund AB, 217500) provide taxi, bus, and courier services such as private trips, corporate travel, transfers to and from Skavsta Airport, taxi deliveries, senior taxi services, bus transportation, bus transfers, and much more. Our dispatch center is located in Nyköping and is open 24/7, all year round.

Job Responsibilities

As a traffic coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• receiving and registering orders
• directing traffic
• handling complaints

You will work alone or together with other traffic coordinators at the dispatch center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is service-oriented, focused, and resilient under stress
• has good multitasking abilities and can make quick decisions
• has experience in a service role (preferable)
• has good local knowledge of Nyköping and Oxelösund
• is computer literate – proficiency in Word and Excel is essential

Employment Type and Working Hours

• Part-time / hourly employment
• Shift work with irregular hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends (all year round)
